Adopting a bear is very simple. Just go to the showroom site and click on the photo of an artist. Then it will take you to their bears. Click on the bear of your choice and you will find more photos and a complete profile of the bear. Click on the Buy Now button and make your arrangements with the concerned artist. Paypal is preferred by most artists. Please check the descriptions of the bears for other accepted payment methods. Once you have successfully arranged your adoption with the artist concerned, click on the PayPal Buy Now button. You don't need a PayPal account to pay. Simply click on the PayPal Buy Now button to start your purchase and then follow the option on the PayPal checkout under 'Don't have a PayPal account'. Adoption fees must be paid within 1 hour of adoption otherwise the bear may be re-listed. All bears are priced in the currency of the artists country. To convert the bear's price to your currency, use the currency converter. Shipping costs will combined. All customers please contact the artist for optional insurance costs prior to making an adoption. Insurance is recommended and is the customer’s responsibility. No, the person who first close the deal for the bear will be the successful purchaser. As soon as a bear is sold the site will be updated and the sold bear will be marked. Yes!!! Quality of workmanship, materials and customer satisfaction is a priority of all of the participating artists. We are sure you are more than happy with your bears, but in case you are not completely satisfied with your adoption simply email the artist concerned within 7 days after you have received the bear. Then return it in its original condition and you will get the full refund less shipping and insurance costs. Please insure the parcel in its full value. Thank you!
